Og jeg vil gerne vise dig hvordan du kan g\u00f8re det. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walt Disney sagde s\u00e5 smukt, &#8220;Hvis du kan dr\u00f8mme det, kan du ogs\u00e5 skabe det&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fem trin til at s\u00e6tte det rigtige m\u00e5l<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Trin 1: Lav en liste<\/strong><br>S\u00e6t lidt tid af til at fantasere. Lad fantasien vandre. Hvad er det, du meget gerne vil v\u00e6re, g\u00f8re eller have? Skriv det ned, ogs\u00e5 selv om set virke til at v\u00e6re uden for din r\u00e6kkevidde lige nu.<br>N\u00e5r du fantaserer, skal du slet ikke bekymre dig om, hvordan du vil n\u00e5 m\u00e5let. Bare t\u00e6nk p\u00e5, hvad du vil have, og skriv hver ting ned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Trin 2: V\u00e6lg den, du virkelig, virkelig vil have<\/strong><br>L\u00e6s dine svar igennem og bed\u00f8m hver enkelt p\u00e5 en skala fra 1 til 10, da det relaterer til, hvor meget du vil have det. V\u00e6lg derefter den, du \u00f8nsker mere end noget andet \u2013 noget ekstraordin\u00e6rt og meningsfuldt for dig. For at holde dit underbevidste sind fokuseret p\u00e5, hvad du vil, skal du altid have dit m\u00e5lkort med dig og l\u00e6se det flere gange hver dag. <br>Og sp\u00f8rg dig selv hver aften:&nbsp;<em>&#8220;Hvilken ting kan jeg g\u00f8re i morgen for at bev\u00e6ge mig hen imod opn\u00e5elsen af dette m\u00e5l?&#8221;<\/em>&nbsp;Skriv derefter dit svar ned og g\u00f8r det til en prioritet n\u00e6ste dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>T\u00e6nk stort, tr\u00e6d frem, og kom i gang<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeg kan ikke love dig, at succes vil v\u00e6re der \u00f8jeblikkelig, hvis du begynder at s\u00e6tte de rigtige m\u00e5l.
